Renovation of NYC Apartment.  The client  purchased 1400 square foot apartment near Columbus Circle. The apartment had not been renovated since the 1970’s.VERSA worked closely with the client to achieve a modern contemporary look in each room using the space efficiently. The scope included New Kitchen, Baths, Walk-in Closet, Living and Dining Rooms, Nursery and Master Bedroom.  An open plan and built in caseworks maximized the space . Design completed under NY licensed Architect.
